I've incorporated dynamic auscultation into cvdapp.com. The features of systolic murmurs, especially those linked to aortic stenosis (AS), mitral regurgitation (MR), ventricular septal defect (VSD), hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM), and mitral valve prolapse, can change due to maneuvers like the Valsalva maneuver, handgrip exercise, and squatting.
