I’m a cardiologist with a passion for coding.

​

During my training and daily clinical work, I was frustrated by the fragmentation of clinical information. Guidelines are in one place, calculators in another. Even when the knowledge is clear, applying it quickly at the bedside isn’t always easy. Instead of accepting that friction, I started wondering: why not build something?

Because I know both medicine and programming, I saw an opportunity. Rather than working around the problem, I started building solutions.

 

That approach became the foundation for CVDapp.

​

Building clinical tools lets me combine my expertise in medicine and programming. Clinical reasoning defines what needs to be decided. Programming defines how that decision can be supported—faster, cleaner, and more reliably. Each tool on CVDapp starts with a real clinical question. It ends with a practical interface designed for everyday use. This ties the two disciplines together.

CVDapp uniquely empowers clinicians in cardiovascular medicine by providing rapid, unified access to dosing, hemodynamics, guidelines, and algorithms—minimizing workflow friction and enabling more precise patient care. Developed by me, a practicing cardiologist, CVDapp is distinguished by its ongoing evolution from real-world clinical feedback and iterative improvement.

This project is not simply a side note to my clinical work—it's a natural extension of my drive to solve everyday problems in practice.
