Atracurium

Max concentration: Undiluted (10 mg/ml)

Solution: NSS, D5W, D5NS

Dosing instruction: Bolus Dose 0.4-0.5 mg/kg

                                  Infusion rate: 5-20 µg/kg/min

                                  Titrate dose by 1- 2 µg/kg/min to maintain desired                                                    neuromuscular blockade

This formula mainly applies to individuals 60 inches (5 feet) tall or taller. For those under 5 feet, subtract 2 to 5 pounds for each inch below 60 inches.
